At the EMO in Hannover LACH DIAMANT from Hanau will present a complete line of Diamond and CBN grinding wheels and offers technically developed solutions for di-verse grinding tasks in the wood, plastic and metal industry.
The standard program consists of Diamond and CBN grinding wheels which have a proven record in practice. Parallel to the known, for years with success applied stan-dard specifications, LACH DIAMANT is showcasing the newest developments:
Grinding wheels for the manufacturing of tungsten carbide and HSS profile tools on CNC profile grinding machines have to meet the highest requirements. The newly de-veloped Diamond and CBN grinding wheels with new metal bonds of the »super-Grind«-program show an extreme high profile holding with excellent service life and good stock removal rates. Altogether this enables an economic production and reconditioning of threading and profile tools for an example. These grinding wheels also with micron grit are available for the manufacturing of very fine profiles with extreme tight tolerances.
The newly developed Diamond grinding wheels type 12Y1-200-4-15-25°-32 H6 und 12Y1-200-2-10-25°-32 H6 are provided for the manufacturing of carbide circular saw blades (tooth face grinding) on customary CNC grinding and automatic grinding ma-chines. The new bond series K-MC 318 guaranties a very high service life, excellent stock removal and an improved surface quality of the ground carbide surface. The de-sign of the basic body of the grinding wheel with vibration damping grooves assures a vibration-free and low-noise grinding operation.
For the manufacturing of cam shafts, as well as for processing on JUNKER-, KEL-LENBERGER- and STUDER-Grinding machines (peel grinding) LACH DIAMANT pre-sents the new generation of HSG grinding wheels in ceramic and metallic bond. The application of these grinding wheels with grinding speeds up to Vs= 125 m/sec, com-bined with long service life and high stock removal guaranties maximum performance and economic production.
