The PCD step drills set new standards for the high-performance machining of non-ferrous metals. Due to specifically developed geometries it is possible to achieve maximum process safety even with long-chipping materials.

Due to the merging of several processing steps PCD-tipped combination tools promise highest savings potentials – with regard to time and personnel. Thus, one of our customers has been able to completely eliminate the processing step of subsequent deburring because the drilling and sinking process run seamlessly one into the next. The special geometry supports the tool even at highest speed in its process reliability.
