LACH DIAMANT, the leading provider of diamond tools for machining – milling, drilling, cutting, deburring – of fiber composite materials makes his appearance for the third time at the JEC in Paris.

We are exhibiting carbide-superior polycrystalline cutting tools (PCD) and diamond tools with electroplated bond for the processing of all fiber composite materials, such as GRP, CFRP as well as aluminium, ceramic and graphite.

For the first time, the worldwide patented innovation »Cool Injection« – direct cooling – for PCD milling cutters and step drills is presented.

With »Cool Injection«, the coolant (liquid or air) reaches the cutting edge directly through the surface of the PCD tip; the just produced hot chip is fractured abruptly by the targeted coolant stream and can be disposed of immediately.
