drebojet®-plus – A new diamond dressing roll for the
contour-controlled dressing/profiling of grinding wheels

drebojet®-plus precision dressing rolls are the advanced and perfected version of the drebojet® dressing roll introduced at EMO in 1981. At the time, this new development established a new milling technique in the industry.

drebojet® dressing rolls from the pioneer times of the early eighties, were at first produced with chip chambers or gaps from “tooth-to-tooth” – much like PCD milling tools. This design led to unacceptable “chatter marks” during the dressing process.

Thanks to modern technologies and advanced know-how, these “gaps” could be eliminated.

Compared to other conventional or ceramic diamond and CBN grinding wheels drebojet®-plus precision dressing rolls do not need any sharpening or regrinding.
