CBN Grinding Wheels in Vitrified Bond HSG
for External Circular Grinding as well as Peel Grinding

The newly developed LACH diamond and CBN grinding wheels are manufactured with two grinding layers and therefore allow complete peel grinding – roughing and finishing – in one single operation.

These new types of grinding wheels with two grinding layers and modified specifications are able to fully meet precision and surface quality requirements. At the same time, processing times are reduced by 50%.

These specialty wheels show their full potential when used on high speed circular grinding machines like JUNKER, SCHAUDT MIKROSA, REINECKER, and STUDER with grinding speeds from 60 m/s to 180 m/s.

Metalic and vitrified bonds ensure a secure, consistent grinding process and high tool life.

Depending on the provided grinding conditions and the specified requirements, these grinding wheels are manufactured with different bodies. Steel base bodies are the standard, steel base bodies with vibration damping grooves or CFRP base bodies are available as customized models.
